The room boy, Udhaya Kumar, treated us like family, offering excellent service and guidance throughout our stay. Despite being the only staff member, he managed the whole hotel with talent and dedication. We were thoroughly satisfied with his exceptional service. The hotel provided a pleasant and peaceful stay.
The cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement, and standard amenities should be provided. Apart from soap, there were no other toiletries in the bathroom.
